Beverley Racecourse
Beverley is not one of the most high profile of Yorkshire's nine racecourses but is a mainstay of the northern circuit and hosts one of the more interesting early-season two-year-old conditions events in the shape of the Hilary Needler Trophy. Mark Johnston's record-breaking Attraction won the race before going on to Royal Ascot in 2003.
One piece of information everyone should know about Beverley is that the draw can be of crucial significance, especially on the sprint course. Go high!
