Bath Racecourse
Bath is Britain's highest racecourse and although the quality of its meetings do not match its altitude it is a popular course in the summer months with the Roman Baths et al, just three miles away.
A trainer to note when you do go is Luca Cumani, who is especially successful at the course with his older horses (those aged four and up).
