Chartwell Blackjack

The software powering VC Casino is by Chartwell and they offer a standard blackjack game with the following game rules and blackjack payouts:


Rules

The dealer must and does always draw to 16

The dealer has to stand on soft 17

Get yourself a blackjack and you will be paid out at odds of 3 to 2

Should you take insurance and win the payout odds are the standard 2 to 1

Even money pays ( try and guess) ermmm you got it..... even money!

You can double down on any first TWO cards

You can also double down on splits

You cannot however resplit.

Winning

Once you have completed your hand the dealer will reveal his downcard. Should the dealer have 16 or less, the dealer will continue to hit until reaching a total of 17 or more. The dealer will always stand on soft 17 and will not take additional cards should this be the case.

Hopefully the dealer will bust and if he does and your hands havent you win.

As usual should the dealer get a higher hand (obviously without going over 21) than you he will win the game.

Should both you and the dealer get the same total its a draw ( tie/push) and you will get your stake back. If dealer hand busts and player hand busts, dealer absolutely wins.

Payouts are as follows

A Winning Hand (not a blackjack)1 - 1
A player Blackjack plays 3 - 2
Insurance is the standard 2 - 1
Even Money pays 1 - 1
