A study of the impact the current global economic crisis is having on the gambling industry was recently conducted by the UK office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Int’l Ltd.
While gambling blogosphere junkies expressed shock at the results, what I was more shocked by is the fact that people were shocked.
What were those results? In short, games like bingo, slots and lotteries have been almost unaffected. In fact, there’s been an upturn in the online play of all three. (…)

Tweet, Tweet, Tweet. That’s no birdie in the background. That’s Twitter, and though it’s growing increasingly popular, I wish it would stay quiet.

Throughout my famed career as a casino games guru, many people have asked me about Roulette; specifically, which betting system—Martingale, Fibonacci, Dopey Ex—yields the best results. Nobody likes to lose money, especially when it comes to losing money in a casino. It just seems a very worthless thing to do. But, you do know that casinos, whether online or land-based, provide exceptional fun. They say that Blackjack is the only casino game where players have a certain advantage over the house. They say that with the help of card-counting it is actually possible to win some very nice jackpots in any casino, online and offline alike.
