The Online Players' Association firmly believes that there is a two-way street (no matter what side of the road you drive on) when it comes to online gambling. Online casinos must abide by the casino "Code of Ethics" and the players must abide by their's as well. OPA members must be at least 21 years of age to join. Members of the OPA agree to abide by the following:
i) To abide by all the casinos' site rules;
ii) To open no more than one account with a casino unless specifically allowed to do so;
iii) To use only the credit/debit card(s) of which your are a registered user, with the exemption of a husband using a card registered to his wife and vice versa;
iv) To make sure you read, understand, and abide by all the rules regarding bonus' and/or promotions;
v) To notify the OPA support center about any issues that are unresolved with the casino before you make your dispute public;
vi) To refrain from posting detailed information about your dispute in message boards until the matter has been brought forth and investigated by the OPA (stating you are having a specific problem and giving general details are permissible);
vii) To maintain a log of all transactions including denied purchases;
viii) To identify yourself as an OPA member in all your communications with the casinos Please try to be courteous and clear in your communications with the casino employees. Remember, if the matter in dispute does not get resolved to your satisfaction, you have the OPA to assist in settling the dispute on your behalf;
viiii) As a Member you have the right to vote on which Casinos are Approved. No other voting rights are included in membership at this time, and we reserve the right to expell you as a Member should you be found to be in breach of our Code Of Ethics.Please remember The OPA is owned, run and operated by Mike Craig to further the cause of bringing about a safer and securer gaming enviroment for all.
