I have just spent a rainy Summers afternoon with Sam, he is 28 and a fan of the Itbox. He is mild mannered and is happy to enlighten me on his game play.

Ok well off he goes feeding �20 notes in both machine betting �10 on 17 and �10 on 20 on both machines, already there is a small crowd gathering as he is well known for his heavy punting, he presses the start button at exactly the same time to ensure the number that appears is the same on each machine.
Quite bizarrely he can tell which number is going to hit by the way the ball spins after he presses start and sure enough he manages to name the numbers before the ball hits the number.(Pity he couldnt tell before he presses start!)
After 20 spins the sequence of numbers is, 16,19,32,34,35,2,7,27,15,15,0,15,12,8,4,19, 26, 16, 0, 23.
Not a good start so far he is down �800, the small assembled crowd are muttering varying statements from the machine is fixed to he has more money than sense.
Spin 21 brings up number 4 spin 22 drops in number 19 then on the 23 spin in pops number 20, which Sam announced it would do as the ball was coming to a stop.
A tasty �360 appears on both machines he repeats his usual bet and bingo number 20 appears again we now have a total of �710 on each display which he immediately collects and is issued with two winning vouchers. A profit of �480, he collects his winnings in cash from the counter and continues to play the machines in the same way; the next sequence is as follows; 12,19,0,0,3,5,17, 36 20 26 18 22, an investment of �480 returns him $1440 another profit of �960 which added to his earlier achievement of �480 puts him up �1440, he collects his winnings once more from the counter leaves the girls a �20 tip, shakes my hand and leaves the shop!
I then watch the next few players who try to copy him with �1 bets one guy win �72 on his third attempt but alas the other two guys fail miserably claiming Sam has emptied them and they wont payout again "for a few days"!
