One of our most forward thinking and challenging projects is our Payout Percentage Verification Service. Since May 2002 we have offered this service to any OPA Approved Casino wishing to have their payout percentages independantly verified by our accountancy team. We are pleased to announce more and more casinos are electing to take advantage of this service going into 2003.
Its easy for an online casino to proudly proclaim a huge payout percentage, but to have the world's biggest online gaming watchdog verify the percentages is another matter. To ensure complete integrity we require the entire gaming logs for each casino to be sent to us, these are then duly processed and a certificate is produced.
When the in itiative was launched we knew it would take a great act of faith for a casino to send us this unrestricted access to the data logs as this is widely considered proprietary business information. It would take a very player-responsive casino to see the benefits of having such a certification to independantly review the payout percentages each and every month.
"Forward thinking" and "Responsible" seem to be the best descriptions of our OPA Approved Casinos and it didn't take long before we had our first batches of casinos joining this initiative.
