Dispute Resolution Service

We understand that from time to time a dispute may arise between player and casino, and as such our dispute resolution service is here to help.

Usually these disputes are a misunderstanding or an oversight by one or both parties and with our experience of such situations you can be assured that any dispute submitted will be carefully attended too.

Should you wish to submit a dispute about one of our Approved or Approved PLUS Casinos please complete the form below.

Please ensure you complete all sections providing as much detail about your dispute as possible.

Your dispute will be reviewed and sent to the relevant casino for investigation

Please note we do not handle disputes for casinos that are not Approved by The Online Players Association

Please be aware if you submit a fraudulent dispute or a dispute with no grounds your dispute will be dismissed
