Online Baccarat Rules - The A, B, C’s of the Game
If you understand the basic face value of the deck of cards, then you’ll have no problem comprehending the online Baccarat rules. This card game is experiencing a brisk renaissance due to an increase in online casino play. Many gambling aficionados have been intimidated in the land casinos by the stiffness, formality, and intrigue that the game represents and the well-dressed patrons have made the table uncomfortable for many of us. You don’t have such issues in the online casino venue. Simply log on to a preferred site of your choice; click onto the Baccarat area, and join the fun at the table minimum of your choice. If you are unsure of the online Baccarat rules, a customer service facilitator is available to assist you with the process.
Simplicity Behind Online Baccarat Rules
Cards #2 through 9 are counted at face value while a 10 and picture cards have no value whatsoever. Are you with me, so far? If you draw an Ace, you are free to use it as a value of either a one or ten. This is the numerical basis for the game. The highest value of a hand is 9, and the players win with this number much in the same way that patrons cash in on the value “21” at the blackjack table.
Online Baccarat Rules - Bet on Player, Banker or on a Tie
The game has two opposing forces, the player and the banker, who represents the casino. Your bet is predicated on which of the two you think will have a card value of 9 or closest to that amount. You can bet on the player or the banker, or you can place a bet on a “tie.”
The game begins with two cards dealt to the two competitors, who then turn over their cards. There are specific rules and courses of action depending on the value of the cards dealt to the player. The online Baccarat rules are set in stone, and there is very little strategic pressure on the bettor.
If the banker or player has been dealt two cards with a value of either 8 or 9, then there are no additional cards drawn, and the outcome of the game is determined by the highest total amount, with the value of 9 as the highest value on the table. If neither party has an 8 or a 9, then there are preset rules for the player to draw another card, depending on the card value that the player holds. After this additional round, the winner is determined by the highest hand value closest to a 9, or the game can end in a tie.
Those are the basic online Baccarat rules, and you’re all invited to join me at my favourite sites, all approved and certified by the OPA. Oh, and the best part of playing online is that the dealer and other players don’t care what you wear!
