Poker in the Park 2009 Announced

If you’re a poker fan and want to take your game to the next level – as well as have a great couple of days out – then you’ll be pleased to know that ‘Poker in the Park’ is back for the third year running.

The biggest annual poker festival in Europe is being organised by Bluff Europe, the popular poker publication, and will boast a very special line-up of poker superstars to share their knowledge with the fans

Poker in the Park 2009 will take place in Leicester Square on Thursday 13th August from 5pm to 9.30pm and Friday 14th from 12pm to 9.30pm. Amongst the big names that will be making appearances will be Paul Jackson and Neil Channing. They and other stars such as Nick Wealthall and Kara Scott will be giving free lectures and answering questions from the 10,000 fans expected to attend.

Fans will be able to get some top tips from the pros, develop their skills and of course play in a number of free poker tournaments. Bluff Europe has also invited 11 of the biggest pub leagues from across the country to host a tournament each in The Poker Dome, including Red Tooth Poker and Champions Poker League.
