Devilfish in new deal with the Gauselmann Group
Devilfish Gaming has announced a deal between its business-to-business division and the Gauselmann Group. It will be providing the Gauselmann Group with the setting up of a new online casino and online poker room that will be aimed at the Italian market.
The new online gambling operations will be for Merkur Win, the new brand from Gauselmann. Devilfish will be providing Merkur Win with new strategies as well as designing and establishing the affiliate programs that will work to promote the Web site. Devilfish will also help to design and implement the promotion of the new Web sites and to arrange the special bonuses that they will carry.
Devilfish Gaming is run by the professional poker player David Ulliot. He is the previous winner of both the World Series of Poker and the World Poker Tour. Now he spends his time promoting the company.
The Gauselmann Group was founded over 50 years ago. Over the course of its existence it has sold about 2 million gaming machines, and last year it generated €1.2 billion. Paul Barnes, the chief executive officer of Devilfish, said that the company was “very happy to be involved with Gauselmann’s famous Merkur brands,” adding that “Devilfish has a lot to offer.”
