The reasoning behind this, is at present, some players are ignoring our advice and playing at Non Approved Sites instead of Approved Sites who have shown a 100% commitment to customer service and speedy dispute resolution.
We strongly recommend you only play at OPA Approved Casinos and should you have a dispute or cause for concern with any of our Approved Casinos we will assist and get a speedy resolution.
Should you have a dispute you wish to refer to us please remember to supply full details of the claim along with casino name and your account number (not password), we will then forward it to the casino in question for a speedy resolution. Without all the relevant details we will be unable to deal or assist with your dispute.
